Mission & Vision

Understanding what drives us, what we are building towards, and the values that shape everything we do.

What Drives Us

Our Mission & Vision

Our Mission

Making disciples of Christ who will disciple others wherever the Lord sends them.

We exist to reach students, school chaplains, and young leaders with the transforming power of the Gospel — not just for a moment, but for a lifetime of faithful discipleship. Our mission is to go deep, not just wide.

Our Vision

Reaching schools today to change the world tomorrow.

We believe that the students in Uganda's secondary schools today are the leaders, pastors, parents, and change-makers of tomorrow. If we can root them in Christ during their formative years, we can change the trajectory of a nation — and beyond.

Our Core Values

These values are not just words on a wall — they shape every outreach, every sermon, every relationship, and every decision we make.

Word-Centred

Every activity, teaching, and decision is rooted in the authority of Scripture.

Prayer-Driven

We believe prayer is not a programme addition — it is the lifeblood of everything we do.

Disciple-Making

We are not satisfied with decisions alone. We invest in disciples who make disciples.

Interdenominational

We celebrate the Body of Christ in all its diversity, uniting around the essentials of the Gospel.

Love-Led

Everything flows from the unconditional love of God — our name reflects our calling.

Uganda-First

We are indigenous, deeply rooted in the Ugandan context, culture, and school system.

Vision Bearer

Mr. Michael Mawa

Founder & Vision Bearer, Love Unconditional

Michael Mawa is the founder and vision bearer of Love Unconditional Ministries. For over 25 years, he has given his life to reaching Uganda's schools with the Gospel of Jesus Christ — beginning with prayer meetings in a handful of secondary schools in Kampala and growing into a nationwide movement.

As we stand at the Silver Jubilee of this Ministry, Michael reflects on the grace that has sustained the work and the generations of disciples who have carried the mission forward.

"We are fully conscious that this is not a mean feat, especially given that not many ministries often make it this far. We are eternally grateful to the Lord for the grace that sustained us."
