WEST NILE GATHERS

Our Vision for West Nile

West Nile Gathers is a Kingdom Ministry Vehicle and Special Assignment that was initiated by the Ministry Team Leader together with some kingdom minded fellow West Nilers in 2023 to help meet the glaring ministry needs especially among the West Nile diaspora communities around the Greater Kampala Metropolitan areas of Kampala, Wakiso, Mukono, Luwero, Mpigi and Jinja among others.

Inspired by the stunning first fruits that this Community Mission has already started bearing, it is our strong conviction and hope that this Kingdom Ministry Vehicle will eventually also start delivering ministry to the West Nile Region itself and perhaps even beyond.

Our Programs

Annual Pastoral Visits

These annual Pastoral Visits by Retired Archbishop Henry Luke Orombi and other Shepherds from West Nile are intended to bring much needed Pastoral Care ministry to the West Nile Diaspora Communities through Conventions, Corporate Dinners targeting the West Nile Professionals, Business Community and Community Leaders and Youth Conferences aimed at intentionally mentoring the emerging generations.

Praise Him the West Nile Way Rallies

These are festivals that seek to leverage the power of Gospel Music to draw people together to reach the West Nile communities both in the diaspora and at home with the Gospel. Additionally, they also provide an amazing platform for nurturing togetherness, unity and other kingdom purposes.

Missions

While the dream of starting to organize missions as West Nile Gathers is yet to be fully actualized, we are glad to see that the Platform is already inspiring many West Nilers to start carrying out missions to their communities at their respective levels. We believe that will eventually feed into the bigger ministry effort that the Lord raised West Nile Gathers to mobilize at such a time as this
